校园网讯 第26届基因组信息学国际会议The 26th International Conference on Genome Informatics (GIW) 暨第14届生物信息学国际会议 The 14th International Conference on Bioinformatics (InCoB)于2015年9月9日至9月11日在日本东京举行。主办单位为日本生物信息学会Japanese Society for Bioinformatics (JSBi)、亚太生物信息网络Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Network (APBioNET)、日本产业技术综合研究所National Institute of Advanced Industry Science and Technology (AIST) 。
我校信息与通讯工程学院张振老师应邀出席这次会议，在会上作题为“Sprites: detection of deletions from low-coverage sequencing data by re-aligning split reads”的论文报告，并回答与会专家、学者的提问。 （信息学院/张振）
